N O T I C E
COUNTY ROAD PERMITS AND FEES
TO: All persons, partnerships,
associations, corporations or governmental entities
who are constructing, operating, maintaining,
removing facilities, or performing any work within
county road right-of-way, except sidewalk
installation or repair.
At it’s regular monthly meeting on
May 20, 1996, the Houghton County Board of Road
Commissioners adopted the enclosed permit policy and fee
schedule for all work within county road right-of-way.
The fee, as authorized by MCL
224.19b, will take effect for all permits applied for,
on or after July 1, 1996.
